In the US, packaged shipments up to 15 oz will generally be shipped via USPS 1st Class Mail. Packaged shipments of 16oz and over will generally be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Large or very heavy packages will generally be shipped via UPS or FEDEX Ground. Faster services (USPS Express Mail, UPS 2-Day/Next Day Air) are available on request for additional cost.

We DO NOT collect international import duty/taxes and such fees may be due on arrival. Packaged shipments outside of the US and less than 3 lbs will generally be shipped via USPS 1st Class Mail. Larger international shipments will be generally be shipped USPS Priority Mail. USPS Express Mail available on request for additional cost. Very large international packages may require UPS International Service. All services include tracking.

If we can ship in a cheaper yet still timely manner, we will do so and adjust your bill before processing. So long as the part or parts are returned in the same condition as sent, we will refund your money, less shipping. If we’ve made a mistake and sent the wrong part, we will refund your money including initial shipping. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer in all cases.
