New, perfect, wonderful.  All parts constructed of beautiful stainless steel.  Includes nuts, studs, 110# springs (same as oem for T140), and T-handle adjusting tool.

These parts should fit ANY Triumph or BSA unit twin, 500-650-750, though for 500 the spring tension is really more than needed.
