Perfect and unused, an uncrimped bezel suitable for rebuilding any 3" Smiths speedometer or tachometer as used on just about any vintage British machine after 1964-ish. ID is roughly 3 3/8". Condition is perfect.
It is NOT suitable for chronometric instruments.
