Norton Matchless Clutch Chaincase Plug Commando 650 750 850 P11

Norton part number 06-0388.  Construction is aluminum BILLET.  Specifically suited to Commando, but I believe it will also fit for clutch adjustment in the aluminum chaincases of mid-to-late sixties AMC machines, such as Matchless and P11.
