Fashioned after the popular Hi-Point puller of its day, this tool will pull the external flywheel of ANY SEM or Motoplat ignition, at least through the eighties.  The unit is reversible with 26mm thread on one end, 27mm thread on the other.  (It is not suitable for HQ 4-stroke machines and the like, with inside-out flywheel.)
