Brand new, chrome-plated, perfect. The only way to remove those chrome seal holders unless you're a monkey-wrenching, knuckle-dragging mouth-breather. Also functions well as a Klingon war weapon.
This beautiful tool should be in the toolbox of every owner of Triumph or BSA. Should fit just about any TriCor fork seal holder from 1968-1970, to my knowledge, the type with 180 degree external drillings for a pin spanner. Tricor's part number was 61-6017, inferior painted example shown in the 2nd photo on the left.
